Today, everyone wants to stay fit and maintain a proper body shape by doing a proper workout but still the diet is the necessary component to stay fit. You will have to maintain a proper balanced diet and hence you have to give your proper attention towards type and quality of food you are consuming. To lose weight, exercise as well as balanced diet, both factors have equal weightage.

Well, people plan to visit a dietician to get to know about which diet they should follow and which type of foods to be consumed and which type of foods not to be consumed.

I did a proper research on many diet plans given by many experts and thus I am going to share with you the best 30 day diet to lose weight. Though, most of the diets are similar as recommended by the dieticians, so I have concluded the best diet plan and thus try to follow it.

THE DIET PLAN TO LOSE WEIGHT

First of all, you have to keep an eye on your bad eating habits and just you have to say strictly a NO to junk foods.

Some points to be followed during diet-

  1. Now, you have to follow this famous line- “Early to bed, Early to rise”.
  2. At least, make a habit of rising from bed by 8am.
  3. Say no to aerated drinks.
  4. You have to devote some time for aerobic exercises like skipping rope etc.
  5. Devote some time for breathing exercises like Yoga.

WEEK 1-

  • 8.00am- Drink two glass of water (methi seeds soaked in it for a night) Filter the water and drink it. Swallow 1 kali mirch after it. It will help in a better digestion for the whole day.
  • 9.00am- 1 toast with lite butter and salad.
  • 11.30- You can consume a fruit of your willing.
  • 1.30pm- A plate full of salad before having your meal. It will help to retain fiber in your body and prevent excessive hunger. In your meal, you can have 1 chappati and 1 bowl full of dal.
  • 5.00pm- Have a cup of milk or tea with biscuits and a lite freshment of your choice.
  • 7.30pm- Consume a plate of salad before your meal and then have a meal same as your lunch, consume any vegetable but not rajmah or some heavy vegetable.
  • 8.30pm- Consume a fruit of your willing.
  • This is the plan for the week one. If you follow this properly, you will easily lose more than 2kgs.

WEEK2-

  • 8.00am- Drink 2 glasses of water (tulsi leaves soaked overnight).Consume 5-9 soaked almonds with their skin peeled and 1 kali mirch.
  • 9.00am- 1 toast with lite butter and salad.
  • 11.30- You can consume a fruit of your willing.
  • 1.30pm- A plate full of salad, have 2 brown breads with paneer filling in it if you are vegetarian else eat egg whites if you are non-vegetarian.
  • 5.00pm- Have a cup of milk or tea with biscuits and a lite freshment of your choice.
  • 7.30pm- Consume a plate of salad before your meal and then have a meal same as your lunch, consume any vegetable and as well rajmah or kadhi.
  • 8.30pm- Consume a fruit of your willing.
  • After 2 weeks, you will feel like you are at your peak of loosing weight. Don’t forget to carry on proper exercises as well.

WEEK 3-

  • 8.00am- Drink two glass of water (methi seeds soaked in it for a night) Filter the water and drink it. Swallow 1 kali mirch after it. It will help in a better digestion for the whole day. Eat 5-8 almonds soaked overnight.
  • 9.00am- 1 glass full of milk and a fruit of your choice.
  • 11.30am- a fruit of your choice.
  • 1.30pm- 1 chapatti with a bowl full of any vegetable.
  • 5.00pm- 1 cup of milk with 2 biscuits or consume any evening breakfast of your choice.
  • 7.30pm- If you are vegetarian, consume 1bowl dal or any vegetable with 1 bowl curd and salad, if you are non-vegetarian, have roasted or steamed chicken or fish with a plate full of salad.
  • 8.30pm- Consume a fruit of your willing.

WEEK 4-

  • 9.00am- A glass of cold coffee with a toast.
  • 11.30am- A fruit of your choice
  • 1.30pm- Now, in this week you can consume the lunch as you like. I guess you may have become aware by this time that how lunch is to be consumed and which lunch is to be consumed.
  • 5.00pm- 1 cup full of milk with any evening breakfast you like to eat.
  • 7.30pm- Same as it was for previous week.
  • 8.30pm- Consume a fruit of your willing.
