Guys,
We have noticed that when we maximize a window in Vista, the transparency get lost in the window as well as in taskbar. Its irritating. I always wanted the transparency affect even in maximized windows.
Someone at Axp posted a hacked aero.msstyles file, which can enable the transparency in maximized windows. So following are the instructions:

1. First you'll hv to patch 3 files to allow windows to use 3rd party themes. Just download the following file:
http://anti-tgtsoft.com/repository/uxtheme/Windows%20Vista/SP0/6.0.6000.16386_XX.rar
And follow the instructions.
2. Now download following file:
http://rapidshare.com/files/16166329/Aero.rar
and replace existing "C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\Aero\aero.msstyles" file with the downloaded file. Now u r ready to see the magic.
If u hv any problem, pls feel free to ask here.......
