Customize Windows 7 Search so that it can even search the contents of any readable file and show it.
By default, Windows 7 only indexes file contents of Word documents, text files, and other known data types in the locations you've approved for indexing, i.e. regular access and faster search. Using this one can easily search for the files on content basis, although it makes the search bit slow.

Step I
Press alt  on an Explorer window, then select Tools, then Folder options...

Step II
Now in Search menu, choose the option button for universal search( Always search file names and contents), click Apply.

Now it will search for the contents in Non-indexed word files, outlook or live mails, music file, pdf files etc.
