outlook 2007 .pst to be used in outlook 2003!

I have XP professional and office 2007.

i find it a little sluggish and think that it will be better to use office 2003. can i use the .pst files from outlook 2007 to work on office 2003.

I want a faster version here not necessary a tech savvy and improved and all..jazz.

do you guys think it will be possible, and if not then is there any other email cient that can be used here and safely..

i would prefer outlook though..

I'm using Windows Live Mail and its really great. You should give it a try.

Windows live mail works perfectly its a great tool im using it with no probs.. u can go ahead with it..

it looks very good.

but in the coming days i am going for a format and when i reinstall all the components..i will be installin '03 instead of the current one..

i had 03 earlier too. but since the .pst files have changed to the latest version and i want to scale back..is it possible.?

if it is not then an other way to make them compatible?
