Macro to Alter Formula Cell Reference

Hi,

I was after a way, i thought perhaps a macro, that would allow me to automatically alter the reference cell in a formula.

I have a column of formulas that are all different. The similarity they share is that they all reference another tab in this worksheet and look at a specific cell. Two are given below:

Cell B69 ='BUS DRIVERS'!S37

Cell B75 = ='INDUCTION - TRUCK'!S36

What i need is a macro that i can run on either a specific cloumn or range, that will alter the formulas one cell reference down as below:

Cell B69 ='BUS DRIVERS'!S38

Cell B75 = ='INDUCTION - TRUCK'!S37 etc

Was hoping some one may be able to help me with the correct way to do this?
