I have an file with multiple worksheets (5-6), each with data in 4-5 lakh rows.

There are some repetitions.
I want to get unique records, since amount of data huge i cant copy paste the same in in one worksheet.

Even not sure if apply formula to copy unique records in new worksheet will work (Since max limit will cross easily)

Please suggest me some trick to come out from this.

Hi,

Please upload the file.  If the file is very large and cannot be uploaded, upload it on some free file hosting service such as Google Docs, Mediafire etc. and then provide a link here.

Hi Ashish,
I cant share the data, as it's to crucial and company norms not allow me to do so.

Just Thinkof a excel file with 5-6 worksheet, each with data of 4-5 lakh rows.

I want to remove duplication across the worksheets.

If data volume was lower th compare can be worked but in this case compare unique data will cross the limit of excel itself. Thats why i have no other option

Hi,

If the data is so huge, Excel will not be of any help.  Try to use MS Access instead.  If you are using Excel 2010, you can possibly try to accomplish this by using a free addin by Microsoft called PowerPivot.  But once you remove duplicate data by using PowerPivot, you can only create a pivot table from it.
