I have a pivot table with so many part code with Sloc ( Storage Location ).It is possible that a part code who have book bal is zero in a location but have a book bal. in another location.
Now,I want to make a pivot table purely those parts who have book bal.more than zero in a location.Means part code who have not book bal.,should not appear in the pivot table. Is it possible?

For more clarification, please refer attach sheet.

Hi,

Ensure that your file is saved as an Excel 2007 file (should not be saved in Excel 97-2003 format).  Start MS Excel and then open the file.  In the pivot table, go the Part code filter drop down and select

Value Filters > Greater than > Book Qty > is greater than > 0

Press OK

This will show you all those rows in the pivot where Book Qty is > 0.

I am also attaching the solution file.
