Hi All,

I have 2 data range. One is the master data and the other is a subset, as given in the attachment. When I copy the data from the subset to the master data which is filtered, the data goes in the hidden records too. How do i copy and paste the data to the visible records only. Please see the details in the attachment.

Regards,
Purushottam.

Hi,

I don't think this is possible.  A simple copy and paste will paste in hidden rows as well.

Hi,

OK i think i figures out a formula based solution.  Please check range C3:C15 of the attached workbook.

Do let me know how this works for you.

Hi Mr. Ashish,

Thanks for the reply but this doesnt serve the purpose. As the data may change frequently, also it may not be in a sequence. I have a file with multiple such data, which needs the corresponding such data to be pasted. Arnt there any other solution without formula?

Thanks a ton for your help.
