[VISTA BUG] Drag n drop feature doesn't work in Admin mode for any executable that supports it 

[VISTA BUG] Drag n drop feature doesn't work in Admin mode for any executable that supports drag n drop.

I usually use drag n drop feature open rich text files, text files etc but when I need to open or edit system (even text) files, I have to run associaited application (notepad) in Admin mode by right click n select Run As Administrator and manully open using FILE menu >> OPEN

When I have tried with drag n drop feature to perform editing...it doesn't work

I have tried with all files with system files as well as user files (doesn't require admin mode) in Admin mode.

I have tested with Notepad, Paint, Adobe Reader, Photoshop and ResHacker.

Verify yourself... I think it is a BUG.

Run Notepad As Administrator (right click on notepad and click on Run As Administrator)

now drag a text file n drop on notepad.....and see...it doesn't work....

perform the same without elevated Notepad.

Its working fine here. I dragged and dropped a text file in Notepad in both elevated and non-elevated conditions and it opened without any problem.
