[Visual Studio 2008 Express Edition] Updating Components is interrupted VS2008 Express Installtion in Windows Vista.

Hi friends..
Today I have download Visual Studio 2008 Expess Edition.
During the isntallation, I have faced some issues.....I think these are bugs and should be fixed.

How to:
I have installed VC++...The installation intalls .NET Framework 3.5 and updates its components. After updating...Windows Vista prompts to restart PC....Even Installtion isrunnning and not completed.

If I restart the PC....the installation will be interruped and then I have postpned the Restart event for 10mins...But Installation has interrupted after sometime with this error.

I think, its happended due to some assemblies of .NET could not be registered.

After Restart the PC. I have started installtion again and rest of completed without any errors.
