[Vista Bug] What happened to "View" & "View Help" in Menubar
Hi friends....
Im back again with some interesting aspects of new operating system Windows Vista.

How to:
First of all active menubar via following simple steps:
Orgranize --> Folder & Search Options
Navigate to "View" tab and check the second checkbox titled "Always show menus". Click on Apply or OK to commit changes.

Here we go:-

(1) Open Control Panel Home and click on "View" menu. See 'Auto Arrange' & 'Align to Grid' menu option still active or not grayed. When you check or Un-check these, nothing'll be happed and I think so there is no need to these menu options. Same with some Control Panel applets such as System, Backup & Restore Center, Windows Update etc...In classic view of Control Panel, its working nice.

(2) Open some Control Panel applets such as System, Welcome Center etc... Click "View" ----> "View Help". Check it display help about Working with folders, I think so its not right. it should be related to System hardware, What's new in Windows Vista! respectively.

First point is not bug. Actually you'll not notice difference until there are many icons in the window. So no harm in enabling those options.

But I agree with your second point. Help should show appropriate contents in each window. I noticed that it shows same help contents in My Computer, Control Panel, etc.
