BUG IN WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER 11 
I am using windows vista ultimate service pack1 x64. i have noticed a bug or a problem in windows media player11. when i exit media player after playing media files for a quite long time some how 3 to 5 hours the UI of media player closes but the media file is still running on then i have to end media player process from task manager then how it stops.....

please provide a suitable solution......

Faced this a couple of times, I assume this is due to codecs used by that particular video.

It's a Microsoft world kid, I am just living in it.

Are you using any virutal desktop like application? Also which media players have you installed other than WMP11?

No i am not using any virtual desktop application n i am using VLC player too but i use that only for playing video files n i use WMP11 only for listening mp3's.
