[Vista Bug] Scroll bar doesn't works at the time of installation.

Scroll bar is not working when we use mouse scroller to scroll the contents of window. Here are the screenshots of those windows where it doesn't wotks.

Check it out ?

Click on list of Time Zone and then check scroll bar by scroller of mouse.

3. When Internet Explorer crashed the following AppCrash dialog box appeared. Here also Scroller of mouse is not working.

Confirm it.

I think its because at that time mouse driver is not installed, thats why scroll wheel doesnt work. IMO its not a bug.

Mouse is an plug and play device and no driver installation is needed but at the time of installation may be its scroller instance is not initialized.

When date and time setting option comes all installation is on completion then also scroller property doesn't works. I think M$ missed this instance to add at the time of installation.
