[Vista Bug] Welcome Center doesn't save Folder view setting

Hi everybody,
I have found something that I want to share with you.

How to:
Run Welcome Center and press ALT key to activate manu bar. Now Click on "View" menu and chagne the icons size such as Extra Large, Tiles, Details etc...whatever you want. Now close the Welcome Center n re-launch welcome center. See Welocme Center'll be opened with default icon size. It doesn't save Folder view setting.

Please verify this one !!! Waiting....
