vishal can u tell me how to create a message box or any sort of dialog box or even where the code which make up the below screenshot

as vishal said if u want to change your shoutdown box use Resorce hacker..

and if u want to create an application which will look like the pic u hav given .. and work as a shoutdown dialog box

than u can use visual basic 6 for this ...

if u want to make the shoutdown dialogbox than add a spalsscreen in VB and add the standby turnoff and restart button....
