The first conflict i come across in office 2010 TP is as, I am currently using Windows 7 RC x64 and have MS Office 2007 installed on it, as Office 2010 will be shipped both in x86 and x64 architecture. so, here is the problem, when i tried to install x64 version of office 2010 i received the following error.....

Now, most of people will face the problem of architecture difference…… The good idea is either use x86 platform or uninstall other previous version of MS Office……
