i want to upgrade my pc,

so have thought of the below configuration..

amd 4800+ x2

ausus motherboard m2mnx se(quadcore support)

2 gb ram

lg dvd writer

-----plz suggest me whether the above configuration is gud ??

DVD Writer u can  see SONY[BEST] or Samsung.

And asus motherboard...i advice to check out intel original as well

Config is good. Asus motherboard is excellent. Go for it. But I'll prefer Sony DVD writer over LG.

Vishal u r right, i have wasted my  3 CDs simultaneously today using LG DVD Writer of my friend

the result was same " Burn Process Failed "

AMD Athlon64 X2 5200+
ASUS is good choice for AMD processors having onboard gfx.
2GB DDR2 RAM (Kingston)
DVD Writer (SONY > LG > LITE-ON > SAMSUNG > etc)
300GB HDD with 10,000RPM 16MB cache (Seagate)

If you hav Intel chipset then nvidia is the good

but if u hav AMD chipset then go for ATI , it's best...
