As we all know MeraWindows our community has over 10k members but still we have not very much participation by all members.
So i am starting a thread for Changes/Suggestions you wish in MeraWindows so the Community purpose is much more successful @ MeraWindows.
Feel free to discuss anything you wish MW must have and we may have it .
I want to start a new type of thread: All the tips and tricks and tutorials, that has been published by our ACTIVE forum members, whether in MW or in their Blogs, Websites, will be arranged in groups alphabetically, Giving example:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Windows 7
A
Add user name in right click context menu:
This trick was published by Mr.Vishal Gupta in his website , You can click here (No link, just to show the example) to learn more
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Multiple entries will be taken into account, but it has to be something special than the first post, for example, I have the same tutorial (Practically learned from Vishal's website first), but it has multiple screenshots and written in own style. I hope I can make you understand the whole thing. Obviously I am not "making a market" for both Vishal's blog site, my website or other members. The examples are given, as those just came in my mind, starting with "A" ; nothing more than it.
It will be a dynamic library/ Index of the things, which will never be lost and I think people will enjoy and get the benefit from it. Also, the effective and appropriate back links might yield give result in Google search's first 10 results (Our SEO expersts can enlight about this probability
Though I said "I want to start" ; definitely, its not possible for a single person to effectively do these things alone, Indexing one topic daily by only three members will result 365x3= Almost 1100 topics
Vasu, Vishal, Vipul, (3Vs) Ankur, Soumya and all active members may impose rules or modify the idea
The name of the mother thread can be "INDEX" or something others as you like. Its better to work with Windows, Office, and other MS products. However, if some third party tool is required (and we must have to use) can be added: Example: "how to install third party theme"; you need a patch engine for sure to make the thing easy. Another example: To make a start orb you have to use Photoshop, Gimp or other advanced image editor. But Photoshop tutorials alone will not be in the index.
So, its a superspecialized Index, practically.
Either I will start the thread or someone else, thats not a problem, thats the last word from my side, I / we need a sticky thread, actually.
There is no place of news or other similar things in the index.
@Vasu: Waiting for your reply.
