I have noticed that there are plenty of duplicate posts as well as posts without mentioning the original sources/references.

Such posts will be deleted.So before posting kindly follow the following instructions:-

1]Whether any previous poster has posted the same earlier or not.If -then DON'T POST.

2]ALWAYS mention the sources from where you are taking resources.

3]Keep in mind that increasing the number of postings in the forum will not help anyone to grab the monthly award.If some one has posted a few but have qualities then he/she will be awarded.

Posting the rules are nearly useless for me I never read any forum rules. I worked in many forums but I never read them :p Never bothered abt those ;) We all have self consience and we know what to do and what not to ;:) So no points in rules... Btw Edit button plz :)
