1. By heavy demand PM feature has been added. Now you can send PM to any forum member. Click on its user name and then click on "Message User" link. You can compose the PM and then send it.
This is a very much required and very awsome feature 
2. Forum avatars are back with 100x100 and maximum 100KB in size.
Thats what I likes too but can you also add disable avtars options for Dial up users.
3. Important buttons have been added to top of forum like Search, Inbox, Member List, My posts, etc.
Thats something that gives this forum more proffesional looks and more features to users
5. Report button has been added in posts. So now you can report bad posts to staff.
This will surely help more in moderation of forum
7. Now topic titles are displayed in web browser titlebar.
This feature is not working I am still able to see only "Microsoft Windows Forums" as thread title
or may be forum is still under upgration
8. Very soon we'll announce Member Ranks. So please start suggesting appropriate member titles.
We can have new thread on this thing so guyzz please suggest Members Ranks here 
9. And last but not least new skin and icons
New skin and icons are really very very cool and awsome but now forum loads a bit more slower 
or may be its due to the updation process and in future forum again start loading much faster
