I have read this and found that I have to e-mail to join this program...............its question most of MS prorgam needs .NET Passport Subscription (hotmail ID having already) then

" Can I e-mail using my yahoo a/c to wvcp@erfolgcs.com as Subject "I want to join the Windows Vista Champions Program.""

^^ I think u'll need the .NET Passport to join those webcats, etc. So its better to use ur Hotmail account.
