Anyone with retail vista ultimate (Not OEM) ?? 
Hi guys
I was wondering if anyone of you here have a retail version of vista ultimate ?
I have home premium but i m planning to get ultimate for other PC. So just wanted to ask what all the retail box comes with ? Somewhere i read that ultimate retail box has both the 32-bit and 64-bit discs. IS that true ?

No. It doesnt come with both editions.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116473 its retail vista ultimate . Most of the buyers reviews there say that it has both DVDs , while in case of other editions retail box , the additional DVD can be obtained from msft by paying a small shipping fee when the need to go to 64-bit arises.

Also IS it possible to upgrade from 32bit to 64bit in case of OEM editions ?

I would be grateful to you if you can clear these confusions as on searching i m not able to get a good answer for this. Thnx in advance.

I think Vishal Bhaiya is right

32 bit and 64 bit Windows Vista are two different thinks and Ultimate retail box has not both the copies.
