Well reason is simple ! First is the Price and 2nd is Gaming. Lots of people are staying back just cause XP has better Gaming Performance. I too have to Dual Boot everytime into XP whenever I want to Game.

I read an article about this some time ago and I wanted to share it with you guys!

According to ExtremeTech :-

If you were expecting a huge drop in performance as your eyes scanned from the XP to the Vista results, well, surprise! As many a tech analyst predicted, Windows Vista's gaming performance conundrum has largely been solved, and it was mainly due to early graphics drivers.

It took about a year and a half, but the performance gap between Vista and its forerunner has finally evaporated

I'm not a hard-core gamer, so my experience might not be as relevant as others, but I've had no problem with games.  Everything I've run has performed quite well.  Seems I've also read that in some recent tests Vista showed itself to be the equal of XP in the gaming business.  Possibly the result of SP1 or some other upgrades?
