UAC blocking program startup - need assistance

hello all
I use coretemp for monitoring temps. I have it in startup. But every startup comes with a blocked program notification in the system tray and i have to give consent by right clicking it and OK. Is there a way through this ?
I have defender turned off.

THere are 2 options, either turn it off, which is not recommended for non-power users. The other is this.

It's a Microsoft world kid, I am just living in it.

manan - thank u for the reply but the first option is certainly out of question.
The 2nd option also doesnt solve this. I dont think it has any option which helps here.

Any other ideas ?

dnt turn off...just hibernate it....or u can use admin privelliges to turn it on alwayz ...juz chk it ourt there must b an option alwayzrun wth startup/.....this wl wrk 4 sure
