[Vista Tip] Clear product key from Windows Registry to prevent disclosure attacks

Its simple command that clear product key from Windows Registry, then no product key reliever or retriever works; that help to prevent disclosure attack like recovery of product key by anonymous user.

How to:

  1. Run Command Prompt (cmd) as Administrator
  2. Type slmgr -cpky or slmgr /cpky and press enter
  3. Wait for confirmation dialog box and restart PC to take effect.

It may help genuine user to secure Windows License.
Happy Windows Computing
