If we upgrade from XP to Vista will we be able to downgrade back to Windows XP? 
No,you can't.Either back up your data or,make an image of your existing XP installation before upgradation to Vista.

the best option always is to go 4 a fresh installation... rather then upgrading , coz it wl help ...  one to work more effeciently... esp for d new user's !!!
