Windows Vista Launch Guide
Windows Vista Launch Guide
Hardware requirements, which edition to buy (Home, Premium, or Ultimate), cost, and installation tips. Just what you need to know.

Today Vista finally hits the streets for the consumer sector and Microsoft is making the most of the occasion. PC-manufacturers were disappointed when MS didn't get Vista out the door in time to make the upgrade a holiday-oriented must-have, but now that it's out the Dells, HPs, and the like have quickly refreshed their offerings to couple new computers and the new OS in 'Vista Premium Ready' PCs.
