directx control panel 
here is a small 60kb utility for directx. jsut copy paste it in windows dir. and thru control panel access it.
good util for tweakers!

The directx v9.0 control panel changes properties for directx.
Now works with microsoft directx 9.0c release.

INSTALL NOTES - Put the directx.cpl file in your system32 folder, then open up the control panel in Windows to see/use it.

Works with DirectX 8 ALSO !
