how about transparency in windows XP for cryin out loud why do Vista users get it and I dont >:(

Those r indeed a great ideas from all of you.. I woul like to add a few things like getting the lyrics of the songs playing.. though there are many add-ons for but built-in would be great

Transparency can't be added in XP unless you use 3rd party software.

already many of the ideas are posted which i wanted to say..like all codecs in one player so that no need of other softwares..keyboard shortcuts..and user friendly or simple to use..i'm exited about wmp12..

Those are indeed  gud ideas.. I hope Microsoft will consider the long waiting support for all codecs!!! Though WMP12 has still a long way to come!
