Another IE Vulnerability Discovered
Microsoft has published a New Advisory on another flaw found in Internet Explorer which could be exploited by malicious websites. They're working on a patch which should be out by October 10. Note that as browsers like Firefox become more popular, they too will become subject to more exploits and vulnerabilities, so don't get complacent just because you're not an IE user. The key point of this recent batch of exploits is that now more than ever it is extremely important that you not only have a suite of anti-malware products, but that you also practice 'safe browsing'.
