Windows Live OneCare Beta Released for international users 
The long promised beta for the international version of Windows Live OneCare has finally been released earlier today. People that live outside the United States can now try out Microsoft’s new Anti-malware solution for free, at least during the beta period.

Dubbed as OneCare 1.5, the new version not only features the changes announced back in august, but also introduces a user interface update to resemble that of most other Windows Live services, the unification between OneCare and Windows Defender technologies, new backup features and compatibility with Windows Vista.
