Computer Speed Problem 

Hi,
     My computer is very slow.

Computer Configuration
Processor Pentium 2 DUO CORE 2.2
RAM 1 GB
motherboard INTEL 745
Hard Disk 160 GB 7200 RPM

I have installed JAVA and Oracle XE. I System going on very slow. How it could be trouble shoot. Give me solution.

Remove all unwanted items from startup, disable unnecessary services. I'll advise you to go through following tutorial:

big softs like VS2008 n ORACLE always eats more RAM i 2 faced this prblm when i hav a large no of big softwares and also an antiviyus

I personally think u should try any junk remover tool and startup manager.

this can be of anyone brand, there is startup manager in Windows also where u can easily see the programs which are running during startup,just remove those program which are not neccessary, dont remove any one that is useful that will create more problems for you.

U can use Vista Manager for it for trail.
