Ohh..... Sorry something missing !

After slection of radio button for Show hidden files and folders also uncheck the checkbox for Hide protected system files (Recommended)....then follow the same.

then leave it.....un-plug your USB drive and trun off Readboot service(Follow instruction later explained....type services in start serach ..................................)

and plug your USB drive and perfrom formating.......using diskmangement

( Type diskmgmt.msc in start search and select your USB drive and format)

..If you have got this message then check your USB drive must have a write protection notch as earlier RW media such as floppy has write protection notch.....

Unlock this and then try once again.
