windows vista is both avilable for 32 & 64 bit processors.. the only thing is you wont be able to access applications which are not 32 bit compatible !!!!

There is no problem of running Windows Vista on 32 bit processor.There are both 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit (x64) versions.
