Bharti Airtel to launch iPhone 3G in India on August 22 :D

Bharti Airtel has announced the official date for the launch of iPhone 3G in India as August 22.

 

Further, Vodafone is also planning to come up with iPhone 3G to India but no official date for the launch has been announced.

 

No pricing details of the handset have been announced as of now. Customers can buy the iPhone 3G at Airtel Relationship Centers.

yeah...i found it in delhi..they dint disclosed the price....but it shudb arnd 10k to max 15 k..

 

 

i havebooked it already...wat abt u ?

with the release of iphone apple has started dominating the mobile market........and yes me too want one of them.........wanna see if it's beetre than nokia.thanks for the news buddy

I dont think that will be the pricing in India. Initially it may be much higher than Global price unless the Airtel & Apple come up with some bundled options. But that is highly unlikely at least initially on price front. So I think prices may drop much later.

Also at present there's no 3G networks in India so features will be limited. Soon we can see 3G network coming up. So I suggest to wait & watch then decide.

I still Prefer my Zune on MM front.
