Well I have read that new Online Spotlight includes an Explore tile in the Online Media strip, but I never find any such either in my 32 Bit Vista Ultimate nor in 64 Bit system.

I also know that  the new version of Online Spotlight contains filtering logic which doesn't allow applications to be displayed in 64 Bit system-but through the April,2007 cumulative fix MSFT claims that they fixed that-but in my machine I find no difference. And the 32 Bit Vista Ultimate also shows the very same thing.

From this I concluded that additional filtering logic based on the locale of the system so the Online media applications seen in US/Canada will not appear in other locales. For example in Australia people using Vista MCE only get two applications.

But I still changed the regional-language settings to US which didn't help.Naturally it won't because EPG data are provided to us by MSN India. But what strikes me how the same thing works flawlessly in MCE 2005.

So if the provider is the same then why not catering  in the same way?
