There are popular MSN Live Messenger,as well as Yahoo Messenger.But Windows Media Center can only use Windows Messenger.Windows Live Messenger or,Yahoo Messenger does not expose the necessary API hooks that are necessary for Media Center integration.And if you are using Vista Home Premium or Vista Ultimate then there is no messenger at all within the Vista Media Center.
