if ur pc is workin fine in XP then obvously no prob. with ur H/W. vista is still in testing stage, so maybe some prob. with either DRIVERS or VISTA

Yes,but a thing you should notice -the same driver which used to work in RC1, is now giving error in this 5728 Build also change in the Windows Experience Index value.
