Visit  http://www.tv4all.com .You will find various channels from countries all over the world.Not only that they are constantly updated via internet.

Download the following  zipfile and extract it in any directory:

http://www.arjan-nicole.nl/share/TV4All/TV4AllforMCE.zip

Now create a shortcut to the .mcl file and put it in:-

\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\Media Center\Media Center-programs

This is a very nice plug-in developed by AvE
