Changing the 'All Programs' Label 
Open Explorer.exe in Resource Hacker. Goto String Table 515 -> 1033. In right side find out 8226 And change the 'All Programs' Label. I've changed that to 'Softwares & Tools'.(If u want to insert & then write && in script). U can also change Control Panel, Connect to label from here. Bye. Happy hacking......

Sorry, I've forgotten. U must replace explorer.exe with replacer after that.
