IE starts automatically 
The Problem:-
"Anytime I start my computer, Internet Explorer starts as well.
What can I do to stop it?" 
Resolution:- 
Click Start > Run > msconfig.exe >OK, then click the
Startup tab.Locate entries refers to iexplore.exe.
Untick it!Apply and restart the system.

Thank you for info. These days due to spywares,adwares this problem is getting much common. And it's most horrible thing. If  IE is already affected, It starts installing some scripts and makes PC damn damn slower, & at some point it disables 1 by 1 all important registry key's.
