Boot up issue 

Hi all,

    My system asks for dsk checkup whenever my system boots up...I had had allowed it to continue quit a few time but it doesn't stop asking me...

Method 1:

Start -> Run -> Chkntfs /x c:

Method 2:

Start -> Run -> Regedit ->

Hkey_local_machine -> system -> currentcontrolset -> Control -> Session manager; on the right window set BootExecute to autocheck autochk *

Check ur hard disk for bad sectors using HD Tach and HD tune Pro..

Follow the steps:

1. Open Registry Editor Start > Run > regedit.

2. Navigate to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem]

3. Create a new Binary value, or modify the existing one called 'DisableScandiskOnBoot' as:

                   Type: Reg_Binary

                    Value: 01 = disable, 00 = enable

4. U r done.
