Yep. I tested it on Vista. Also can you make "Cut", "Copy" options disabled like you made "Paste" option?

does some 1 know what exactly happens when you delete a particular file

As far as i have concluded that whenever a file is deleted a info file is created in recycled folder of the drive in which the particular filw was residing and when you delete htat file from recycle bin the info file updates itself

do some one know more!
