can u help me plz 
Hi I’m experiencing trouble in my computer Plz can you help me to solve this

I’m unable to open windows explorer and any folders in my computer

But I can access those folders through programs
E.g. through ms word I can access all the folders and I can open any documents.

I tried system restore and I also tried windows repair but no use

Plz can you help me to solve this

First and foremost, run a virus and a spyware scan. Also check your disks for errors. And if it doesn't solve the problem then you can

Go to Start -> Run and type

regsvr32 /i shell32

I also read that someone went to internet explorer and reseted the settings. if you want to do that go to control panel -> internet options -> advanced -> reset.

If you can ... try online scaning with Kaspersky Online Scanner

http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner

It usage the most up-to-date virus signature by Kaspersky Lab.....and its free...Good Luck
