General Description

wscntfy.exe is located in the Windows folder, but it is not a Windows core file. The file is not a Windows system file. The application uses ports to connect to LAN or Internet.

how to disable it?

wscntfy.exe can be disabled by going in to "Services" and disabling Security Center (not recommented).
