Cannot open sites- google, etc on firefox and IE

hi all

I cannot open sites- google, etc on firefox and IE. Dunno what the problem is. I generated the hijack this log as well. Using KIS 7. Updated.

Please help .

hi gaurav

               it is a appreciable fact that you used hijack this and posted the report it helps others to check weather there is a unusual process running or not.First of all ensure weather its not an hardware problem if possible check by repalcing a good lan card. if problem not solved go to c drive designator and see weather there is an entry of heap41 or heap41a if there first of all disable svchost.exe from tasskmanger (localservice) .and delete same from c drive ..go to regedit search for any entry of heap41 in registry by edit>find option at menu bar..find and delete all.. reboot your pc hope you will be recovered...I think there it may be a hardware problem.

check yours network drivers too

keep on going.....
