regarding domain policy 

i m using xp with sp2 this pc is client of domain,  now we want to change the our desktop wallpaper but we cant change due to policy is not granted even in desk top properties wallpaper is desable. so plz give the salution for how to avoid this policy on this computer for same.

Is Registry Editor enabled in your system? Try to run regedit command from RUN dialog box and see whether it opens or not.

...if you are loggin in domain...I don't think so...you can change your computer settings....So you have to contact your administrator.
