Hi frnd

          This is a aware installed om your PC.Go to cmd prompt type tasklist

         see any unusual process running on ur PC

        kill the process use taskkill command and give by force

        go to internet options and click about:Blank

       see if problem there if not u got the culprit

   delete the same exe file from %systemroot%/system32

for me adware has done my jog many times... give it a try.....and yep antivruses soemtimes can't detect no matter how good r they....welcome again
