Now after observing for hrs ..what i understand is that it happens initially when i boot OS . symentac auto protect window appears with some virus infected dll file . Virus name is bloodhound. After deletion of this file  Windows works normally.

Just deleting the file may not be enough and may be temporary relief. If you have identified correctly as bloodhound, then just follow the steps given at :

http://www.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2000-121911-5753-99

to remove the virus completely.

And always update your Virus definitions, as you said u are using Norton, please check this and download the appropriate definitions:

http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/defs.download.html

No it is not yet solved..because what Vasu has told me to do regarding removing this virus ...after doing that problem persist.

Anyways can it be possibly due to Hard disk having some bad sectors???
