no performance gains after installing sp3rc1 
hello guys, yesterday i downloaded the xp sp3 RC1 but when i was trying to install sp3 it took more than a hour....and no performance increase seen....has anybody here tried it....pls let me know

Don't expect any noticeable performance gain from SP3. Its only a bundle of security updates and a few new features.

I am using SP3 RC v3244....In my opinoin....its gain some better performance in booting time...as well as....having few new features!

SP3 RC is more stable than SP2 RTM ! and probably SP3 RTM will be.

Ya ,as MR.Vista told its just bundle of all updates

but i hope those uppdates may make a Difference ;)
